In almost all areas of company life today, more and more documents have to be made available in ever-shorter time spans. proALPHA guarantees structured and uniform storage of documents with minimum administrative effort and regardless of document type and data volume. That means all units in your company such as Sales, Engineering Design, Accounting, Production and Purchasing as well as the traditional administrative areas have access to all company data. And it doesn’t matter whether these are documents that have been scanned in – for example supplier’s invoices, sketches drawn by hand or certificates of analysis – or letters written in MS Word or Excel spreadsheets.

In addition to conventional archiving functions, the proALPHA Document Management System offers comprehensive document handling features. All documents can be linked with any proALPHA object and managed with it. The full text search function ensures that documents can be found quickly and easily.

The proALPHA Information and Controlling System (MIS) encompasses the entire flow of data and information in the system: the areas proALPHA, Office applications, and CAD have direct access to all currently-entered and archived data.
