The proALPHA Project Management module is fully integrated and is the perfect tool for solving all the various tasks project management entails. As a multi-user application, it facilitates interdepartmental processing by different specialist personnel.

To ensure that the project team doesn’t lose sight of the "big picture" in the complex network of goals, participants, resources, schedules, and other factors involved, proALPHA Project Management offers extensive graphics to support project design, network planning, and Gantt charts. The module allows precise planning of all the resources required for a specific project. Thus, bottlenecks or ‘collisions’ with other projects are identified early enough for appropriate action to be taken. The fully-integrated project calculation function allows pre-costing, actual job costing, and closing-date costing programs for balance sheet valuation, each with unlimited options. Support services are also included.

The Project Management module is fully integrated into the proALPHA ERP solution. All project data in the system can be accessed from any point. Networked processing is also possible. For example, MRP requirements can be planned or work orders or purchase orders generated directly from the project module. Existing orders can be transferred to other projects at any time. Estimated costs from resource and parts planning flow directly into the project calculation.
