proALPHA

The main goal of this application is the continuous identification, valuation, monitoring, and control of early warning indicators, allowing you to react quickly to critical situations. The automatic workflow KPI and Early Warning System were developed to conform to the German KonTraG legislation (Corporate Sector Supervision and Transparency Act) and they thus fulfill the requirements of an alarm system as a part of risk management. Beyond this, they meet the need for a system that provides management with timely information displayed in an easy-to-understand format.

The highly-integrated proALPHA software ensures that all relevant data on key performance indicators is made available for analysis. Information from all the modules in the application can be combined into a single analysis and the results output in different colors (signal function). This KPI analysis feature can be designed easily to display a variety of output formats tailored to company-specific requirements.

Each indicator can be pre-assigned values defined by the company itself and which serve as target values or tolerance limits (optimal, standard, average, sub, and critical). When calculated values reach or fail to reach these specified thresholds, the proALPHA workflow is triggered, and a pre-defined group of selected employees is notified automatically via action monitors. This event-driven early warning system ensures that decision-makers receive timely and comprehensive information about possible problems. They can then take any necessary preventative or remedial action.
