proALPHA

The proALPHA Financial Accounting module audits information about all transactions and data management in accordance with the principles of accounting. Equipped with a comprehensive yet flexible information system, it is at the same time a controlling instrument that brings transparency to complex business transactions.

Your fiscal year differs from the calendar year? Different posting periods? No problem with proALPHA. Each full fiscal year is divided into 13 posting periods, each of which can be evaluated separately. All data records for the year and the previous years can be called up as required. Thus Financial Accounting has access to all postings in the Financial Accounting department but also, for example, to all sales invoices. All postings can be allocated using either the dialog or the batch posting method.

The sales tax summary report and the sales tax declaration are transmitted automatically via Elster, which is integrated into proALPHA.

With proALPHA, you can display event-driven, transaction-related processes with the support of the fully-integrated proALPHA Workflow and proALPHA Document Management systems.

Payments to suppliers and direct debiting or collection of customer open items via several parallel house banks can be optimized with the convenient payment management system. The user can print the domestic or foreign checks electronically or make payment via check, bank transfer or note. And, of course, these can also be processed online.
